Why is it necessary to vaccinate grade 8 girls? What if the teenager is not promiscuous and is actually careful about their sexual partners?

Grade 8 was chosen because the vaccine is most effective if given to girls before they are exposed to the HPV virus and at a time when their immune system is robust and will have a great response to immunization. At the same time, females in Grade 8 are aware of sexually transmitted infections and will be better able to understand the benefits of the vaccine.
